When our co-founder and CEO, Mathilde Collin, was growing up
 in France, she was struck by how many people seemed to be dispassionate about their jobs. It felt so normal for everybody to dread the next Monday, to complain about the long hours, and to resent their boss. It was at this early age that Mathilde committed herself to finding meaningful work — for herself and for the people around her. So when she met Laurent Perrin and they came up with the idea for Front, they saw an opportunity to make a profound difference in people’s professional lives in two ways:
